Cruise With Felix provides the following services exclusively via telephone:
All services are subject to availability and cruise line policies. Cruise With Felix acts as an intermediary and does not operate vessels.
All bookings are made exclusively by calling (866) 885-3901. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to book on behalf of all passengers.
All prices are in USD and subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed. Cruise With Felix reserves the right to correct pricing errors before confirming a booking.
Service fees may apply in addition to cruise fares. All fees are disclosed before booking confirmation. Service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been processed.
Payment is collected securely by phone via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. By providing payment, you authorize the agreed charge.
Many cruise bookings require a deposit at time of booking with the balance due before departure. Our agent will inform you of deposit requirements and final payment deadlines at time of booking.
Change requests are subject to cruise line policies and availability. Fees may apply including the cruise line's change fee and our service fee. We will inform you of all fees before processing. Changes are not guaranteed.
Cancellations are subject to cruise line fare rules and cancellation schedules. Non-refundable deposits and penalties increase as the sail date approaches. We will advise you of penalties before cancelling. Future cruise credits may be available as an alternative to cash refunds. Cruise With Felix service fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed per cruise line policies. Timelines vary — typically 14–45 business days. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
You are solely responsible for valid passports, visas, travel documents, and health requirements for all passengers, including minors. Cruise With Felix is not responsible for denied boarding due to inadequate documentation.
Cruises are operated by independent cruise lines. Cruise With Felix has no control over onboard policies, itinerary changes, port cancellations, or vessel operations. The cruise line's Passage Contract governs your voyage.
Passengers with medical conditions or accessibility needs should inform us at the time of booking so we can communicate requirements to the cruise line. Cruise lines have the right to deny boarding for safety reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cruise With Felix, Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd., and World Travels LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including itinerary changes, port cancellations, delays, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Jersey.
Service Provider: Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd. manages advertising and marketing for World Travels LLC, a CLIA-accredited travel agency (IATA License No. 14017953). All booking and travel services are provided by World Travels LLC. We are an independent travel agency not affiliated with or endorsed by any cruise line.
